As a dedicated member of the Costume Designers Guild’s Diversity Committee, Pam has been actively involved in community outreach efforts, striving to create a more inclusive and equitable entertainment industry. Her focus is on engaging with underserved communities to provide education, resources, and opportunities that promote greater awareness of career paths in costume design and related fields.

By fostering connections with aspiring professionals, organizing mentorship programs, and facilitating industry access, Pam aims to break down barriers to entry and cultivate a more diverse talent pipeline. Through these efforts, she is committed to driving lasting economic success and enriching the industry with fresh, diverse perspectives.
